Ratings Review: 24 Hours of A CHRISTMAS STORY (2015)

Both TNT and TBS aired the annual 24 Hours of A CHRISTMAS STORY, with TNT Starting the movie on each odd numbered hour and TBS the even numbered hours. Ratings were not available for the early morning airings, from the 1:00 am to 6:00 am, Christmas Day airings.

TBS averaged 1.88 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49 for the nine reported airings. The most watched airing was the 10 AM, Christmas morning airing, drawing 2.42 million viewers and a 1.0 demo rating.

On TNT, the nine airings averaged just slightly less, at 1.81 million viewers and a 0.7 demo rating. The 9 AM airing was the most watched on TNT, collecting 2.38 million viewers and a 0.9 demo rating.

That puts the total average at 3.69 million viewers and a 1.5 demo rating, between the two networks. The mid-morning airings of the movie collected a combined 4.8 million viewers and a 1.9 demo rating.
