The Return of ROSEANNE boosted ABC to a win on Tuesday night, with the sitcom attracting 18.2 million viewers and a 5.1 rating in Adults 18-49. Compared to the first episode of the WILL & GRACE return, ROSEANNE topped it by 8 million viewers and 2.1 points in the demo.

BLACK-ISH and new comedy, SPITTING UP TOGETHER, received a boost from ROSEANNE, with BLACK-ISH jumping up by nearly five million viewers and 1.5 points in the demo, over last week's episode. TOGETHER got a healthy start, retaining 83% of its lead in.

CBS takes second place with original episode of its three crime dramas. The main difference between it and NBC was BULL dominating over RISE in the 9 PM hour.

NBC took a big hit on the night, with THE VOICE dropping nearly two million viewers and 28% in the demo, from last Tuesday's broadcast. CHICAGO MED still won the 10 PM hour.

FOX was only a little better than THE CW, for fourth place on the night.
