Final Broadcast Ratings: November 1, 2017

CBS and NBC changed their Wednesday night schedule at the last moment, so as not to face Game Seven of the 2017 WORLD SERIES, which hauled in 28.2 million viewers and a 8.2 rating in Adults 18-49. That is far short of the the 40 million viewers that watched the Cubs clinch, last year. But, compared to 2015's series clinching game (Game 5), ratings are up by about 11 million viewers and up over four million from Game 7, back in 2014.

ABC was all original, but did not fare much better than NBC or CBS. DESIGNATED SURVIVOR was second to an encore of CHICAGO PD and MODERN FAMILY posted a season low.

SURVIVOR (CBS) and THE BLACK LIST (NBC) were down against the MLB game, but held their own in their time slot.
