Primetime Cable Ratings: June 16, 2015

Two premiere put TNT on top of the Tuesday night cable ratings. The season premiere of RIZOLI & ISLES drew 4.4 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down 1.4 million viewers and 30% in the demo, from last summer's premiere.

Following RIZZOLI & ISLES was the new series PROOF. It held on to 2.7 million viewers and 0.4 demo, from its lead in, or roughly 60%. Not a great retention number, but better, in viewership, than what PERCEPTION did last year, after R&I. For the night, TNT averaged three million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating.
