Final Broadcast Ratings: June 16, 2015

The NBA Finals ended with the Golden State Warriors taking game six, and the series to be the NBA Champions of the 2014-15 season. The game drew the best numbers of the series and of the last 15 years. Over 23.2 million viewers watched the game. The A18-34 and the A18-49 demographics drew high eights, in the ratings, and the A25-54 rose to a mid-nine in the ratings.

FOX quietly challenged NBC for second place, with the Women's World Cup action. The soccer match posted a 1.8 rating in the A18-49 category, keeping up with both ABC and NBC in the 8 p.m. hour.

NBC did take a small hit with the NBA game, but the numbers are not too far off from what they have been drawing, earlier this month.
