Kathy Griffin is the new host of E!'s FASHION POLICE, taking the spot once hed by the late Joan Rivers. Instead of a weekly series, FASHION POLICE will air 17 episodes through the year, focusing on the big red-carpet events.
HBO Order Rock & Roll series:
Nothings says "Rock & Roll" like Martin Scorsese, at least according to HBO. The premium cable network has ordered an untitled rock series from producer Martin Scorsese, for 2015. the series will star Ray Ramono, Olivia Wilde, Andrew Dice Clay, Juno Temple and Bobby Cannavale
Comedy Central series to end:
The low rated THE KROLL SHOW has been cancelled by Comedy Central, after the upcoming third season airs.
A little more life for sitcom:
CBS has ordered two more episodes of the freshman sitcom THE MCCARTHYS. That puts the episode count at 15. More than likely, CBS is setting things up to have multiple shows end at the same time, to make room for the mid-season shows. No official announcement on plans beyond the 15 episodes.
The beginning of the end for PARKS & REC:
NBC announced that the final season of the sitcom PARKS & RECREATION will begin on Tuesday, January 13th. Not to waste time, NBC is aring two episodes each Tuesday night and have scheduled the series finale for February 24th.
