Final Broadcast Ratings: November 28, 2014
NBC was the #1 network on the day after Thanksgiving, edging ABC for the most viewers, 5.2 million, and tied ABC for the A18-49 crown, 1.1 rating. NBC had the most watched program of the night, as DATELINE drew 7.1 million viewers. The newsmagazine was also the #1 show in the A18-49 demographic, hauling in a 1.3 rating.
NBC continued its winning ways as GRIM was the top show of the 9 p.m. hour, collecting 5.2 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in the demo. The series was down week-to-week, but only slightly.
NBC's decent night was foiled by CONSTANTINE's large erosion of its lead in numbers., falling to 2nd in the hour. The freshman series lost 35% of the audience GRIMM delivered to it. Week-to week, CONSTANTINE dropped 19% in the demo numbers.
The first of the Christmas programs hit the airwaves on Friday night and FROSTY THE SNOWMAN was the top one of the night. The Christmas classic brought in 4.6 million viewers and CBS' top demo of the night, with a 1.1 rating. that tops the original episode of THE AMAZING RACE.
The CW Christmas specials brought in more viewers than the regular Friday line up, but was a little short in the A18-49 ratings.
