Primetime Cable Ratings: October 9, 2014

Outside of the NFL game on the NFL Network, it was TBS and History that generated a good night in Thursday' night's cable ratings. History pushed four episodes of the hit reality series PAWN STARS into the top 15, including two in the top three. During the 9 p.m. hour, PAWN STARS averaged 2.6 million viewers, while the encore episodes, at 8 p.m., averaged 1.7 million viewers.

Over on TBS, all six episodes of THE BIG BANG THEORY on the chart, with the later five episodes taking the middle of the chart. TBS averaged a little over two million viewers for the three hours.
