Final Broadcast Ratings: July 4, 2014

When you look at the Ratings for Friday, July 4th, most people that were not out watching fireworks, stayed how to watch... fireworks?? NBC's MACY'S 4TH OF JULY FIREWORKS were the three most watched hours of the night and did best at drawing young viewers too. I guess if you were in a region of the country that was rained out, watching them on TV makes sence, I guess.

What NBC needs to do for next year, is incorporate drones in their telecast. I came across this video [LINK] and it is amazing the views and perspective you can get by having a camera within the fireworks display. You get a full sense of the depth and area from an eye in the middle of the action.
