Ratings Review: RAISING HOPE (Season Four)

it is really surprising this comedy made it to four seasons. It was always a dog in the ratings. I am not even sure it can be said it has a cult following as the ratings are so low. But, mercifully, FOX cancelled the series after this 2013-14 season.

Friday nights was was the end of the road for RAISING HOPE. I do not think FOX even cared much about it being on the schedule. off the bat, it scheduled double episodes so as to have 10 episodes burned before the new year.

For the season, RAISING HOPE averaged just 1.88 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in Adults 18-49. Terrible by any measurement. I am sure we'll see the series pop up on cable, or at the very least on Netflix. For those few fans, they can watch the series for eternity. For us non fans, it opens the spot on the schedule for a potential new favorite to watch, on FOX.
