What may become one of the most watched Stanley Cup Finals in US history, finally came to a close as the Chicago Blackhawks won game six. The social media activity on the game drew over 1.2 million posts, topping all programs for the day.
Over on the cable chart, ESPN coverage of the 2013 Wimbledon tennis tournament collected a hefty 635,000 posts as a major upset took place on Monday. Fifth seed Rafael Nadal (with 12 grand slam championships) was ousted by the 135th ranked player, Steve Darcis, in three sets.
