Ratings: Broadcast Finals for April 14, 2013

CBS lead the night in both reported categories, lead by the one hour overrun of THE MASTERS golf tournament. The tournament, which included playoff holes, drew 14.7 million viewers and a 3.6 demo rating. Easily the best rated program of the night.

CBS continued to pull good ratings until the 10:57 p.m. start of THE MENTALIST. Dropping 23% from its lead in, most viewers set their DVRs and headed to bed by the time the new episode started rolling opening credits.

FOX had a decent showing by their Animation Domination block. Although it may have been battling the MTV Music Awards for the same audience. The top show on the network was FAMILY GUY, grabbing 5 million viewers and a 2.5 demo rating. The veteran 'toon was the second highest rated show of the night, in the A18-49 demo ratings.

Sunday Night Averages:

CBS - 11.0 million viewers, 2.3 rating in Adults 18-49.

FOX - 3.5 million viewers, 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49.

NBC - 4.5 million viewers, 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49.

ABC - 3.9 million viewers, 0.9 rating in Adults 18-49.
