Complete Nielsen Ratings: Week of Feb. 4, 2013
The full Nielsen rankings and ratings from #1 to #95:
Another week, another CBS win. this time, it was behind the power of the +The GRAMMYs. The annual music awards drew 28.37 and a 10.1 rating in Adults 18-49. Thats down 29% from last years presentation. But last year was pumped up with the tribute to the then recently deceased Whitney Houston tribute.
In all, CBS produced the top five programs of the week, eight of the top 10 and 17 of the top 20. The three programs not from CBS, in the top 20 were the two AMERICAN IDOL broadcasts (#6 and #8) and MODERN FAMILY (#19).
The battle for second place went to FOX, which just edged out ABC. FOX had the bigger shows, like AI and BONES and THE FOLLOWING. But, ABC had strength in numbers as they quickly filled up most of the positions from #24 to #40.
NBC had another bad week. Its most watched program was Friday's DATELINE, ranked #34 with 6.9 million viewers. It only managed just 7 programs in the top 50.
I have added more categories to the chart below. I will now report A18-34, A25-54 and HouseHold weekly ratings.
