CW Weekly Ratings for February 4-10, 2013

The CW always gets overlooked in the ratings. Their numbers are always too small to feature when the BIG four regularly out perform it by 500-1000 percent. So, I have decided to make a weekly feature of highlighting The CW weekly numbers. How each program performed, the weekly average and a few comments here and there.

It is no secret that Wednesday Nights is the CW's strongest night. But are they happy about that? I mean, the core of their programming strategy seems to be focused on the young female demographic, yet I would believe that a Superhero series and a spooky/science fiction series would not attract many from that demo graphic.

Rumors indicate that the CW will be adding another DC Comics character to next season's line up. This is a great call, especially since it looks to be Wonder Woman is the character that will get the call. That series could expand the audience of the CW, while also delivering that core audience The CW has worked hard at trying to get.

The CW's Weekly average was 1.64 million viewers and a 0.66 rating in Adults 18-49. Show up from the previous week include THE CARRIE DIARIES, HART OF DIXIE, EMILY OWENS, M.D., SUPERNATURAL and NIKITA.
