Ratings: Broadcast Finals for November 7, 2012
It was a fairly typical Wednesday, with exception to THE VOICE making a special appearance on the night. However, a special night did not bring special ratings. THE VOICE was down roughly 20% from last Tuesdays telecast. The up side, it easily dominated THE X-FACTOR.
Benefiting from THE VOICE was the lead out program CHICAGO FIRE. It posted its best ratings ever, with 7 million viewers and a 2.2 demo rating. It also marked the first time it beat NASHVILLE, which it easily did by one million viewers. We'll see next week if CHICAGO FIRE can keep the extra viewers that sampled the program or if will fall back to 3rd in the hour.
