The 10 Cheapest Original Programs not on The CW

NBC dominates the chart with five programs, including the #1 cheapest program, ROCK CENTER. FOX has the least number of shows with the lone program of FRINGE, at #10.
Newsmagazine programs are the cheapest genre as five make up the chart, including the top three spots. Only CBS' 60 MINUTES is not listed on the chart.
Oddly enough only one new series made the list, NBC's CHICAGO FIRE. I guess they are not 100% confident in its ability to secure an audience. I think they were right about that.
