With March Madness in full swing, CBS wins the Thursday night ratings, taking the three demographic categories and drawing the most viewers on the night. Compared to last year's first Thursday night games, CBS is up about 1.2 million viewers and about a half a point in the A18-49 demo.

ABC was second on the night, with decent numbers from its three dramas. The network was second in each of the three hours of primetime, with GREY'S ANATOMY being the most watched program of the night.
