Final Broadcast Ratings: March 16, 2017

CBS and ABC topped the night in the ratings. ABC actually had the top number in each of the four reported categories, but CBS, with March Madness, tied ABC in the A18-34 demo and was right behind ABC in the other two demographic categories. The tournament games drew identical ratings last year, as they did last night.

ABC saw GREY'S ANATOMY's number rise, week-to-week, while SCANDAL and THE CATCH were flat. GREY'S was up a tenth in the two younger demos and two-tenths in the A25-54 demo, and also up 600k in total viewership

NBC was the recipient of extra viewers because of the NCAA games. CHICAGO MED saw an increase of 27% in the A18-49 demo, over last week, while THE BLACKLIST: REDEMPTION saw gains across the board.

Week two of FOX's KICKING AND SCREAMING was bad, losing viewers in all four categories, including 22% in the A25-54 demographic and dropping below two million total viewers..
