Ratings Review: THE BLACKLIST (Season Three - Fall 2015)

if I have said it once, I have said it a million times. NBC is killing THE BLACKLIST. The once ratings hit is now a pulling in mediocre ratings and it is because of the lack of even decent programming before and after it aires, on Thursday nights. The series needed more than just 30 episodes of nurturing and building a strong fan base, before heading out on its own. It will have a 4th season, but this could have been a very long running series, instead of struggling to get its 100 episodes for syndication.

In the Live+SD Ratings, THE BLACKLIST averaged 6.94 million viewers, a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-34, a 1.5 rating in Adults 18-49, and a 2.0 rating in Adults 25-54.

For the Live+3 DVR ratings, the total audience level added 4 million viewers and 1.2 points in the A18-49 demographic. By the Live+7 ratings, viewership was at 12.29 million viewers (+77%) and a 3.1 rating (+107%) in Adults 18-49.

The mid-season premiere of THE BLACK LIST will air on January 7, 2016.
