Ratings Review: TOGETHERNESS (Season One)

The freshman series TOGETHERNESS is one of the lowest rated series from HBO, this season. Only LOOKING pulled in lower numbers.

The series is a continuation of HBO's recent series which may be critically acclaimed, but bare pull in any viewers. It is amazing that HBO actually renewed the series for another season.

TOGETHERNESS only managed to average a Live+SD audience of 371,000 viewers per episode. Either the show has a strong number in encores and/or multi-platform viewing, or is a favorite of some up near the top of HBO. Otherwise, HBO is becoming more and more like Showtime, with series like this.
