Ratings Review: AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR (Summer 2014)

AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR has become a strong summer performer for NBC. It is among the highest rated show of the off-season and does especially well in the A18-49 ratings.

It has taken ANW a couple of seasons to find its audience, and this summer it did. Viewership totals are nothing to brag about, but the A18-49 ratings are were it excels. The series was usually the #2 series of each week, for NBC, in the demographic category, and was the top program of Monday nights.

For the summer, AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR averaged 5.22 million viewers and a 1.7 rating in Adults 18-49. After the season finale, a special USA vs The World episode aired on 9/15/14. That three hour special drew 5.21 million viewers and a 1.9 demo rating, placing third over all, for the night, in the A18-49 ratings.
