In a night filled with low-rated encores, ABC wins the Saturday night ratings with THE GOOD DOCTOR (R) (3.0 million viewers, 0.5 rating A18-49) and IN AN INSTANT (R) (3.3 million viewers, 0.6 rating A18-49), each winning their respective time slots. The two encores were also the night's most watched shows and the only ones crossing the three million viewers threshold.
CBS edged out NBC for the #2 spot, with the night's only original program, as PINK COLLAR CRIMES collected 2.8 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating. A two-hour repeat of 48 HOURS averaged 2.7 million viewers and a 0.5 demo.
NBC's night consisted of another AMERICA'S GOT TALENT encore, from 8 to 10 PM, grabbing 2.3 million viewers and a 0.5 demographic rating in Adults 18-49. A 10 PM DATELINE encore grew to 2.6 million viewers, and keeping its demographic lead in.
FOX brings up the rear with a two-hour MASTERCHEF, drawing two million viewers and a 0.5 demographic rating.
