Final Broadcast Ratings: April 5, 2018

CBS takes the Thursday night ratings, averaging the best numbers in three of the four reported categories. The network had four of the five most watched shows of the evening, including THE BIG BANG THEORY commanding 13.0 million viewers. CBS wins each hour, except 10PM, where it comes in last, against NBC and ABC.

ABC was a close second on the night as all three dramas were down from last week's numbers. STATION 19 settles into its 9 M time slot, retaining 76% of its lead in viewership, but only 63% in the A18-49 demographic.

For NBC, the season finale of WILL & GRACE landed on a bit of a down note, attracting just 3.6 million viewers and a 0.9 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down 6.7 million viewers and 2.1 points in the demo, from the season premiere, back in September. Is a two season renewal of the series a bit premature??

FOX was fourth on the night, while the CW saw local preemptions drop ratings below average.
