Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 01/14/2018

A wild and exciting NFC Divisional Playoff game powered FOX to a sweep of the Sunday night ratings. The game, bleeding into 75 minutes of primetime, currently has 34.5 million users and a 10.5 rating in Adults 18-49. Last year's FOX game, which was also a late afternoon tilt, drew 38.8 million viewers and a 13.1 demographic rating. Well within reach of last night's game, once finals are released on Tuesday.

CBS was #2 in total viewership, but was passed by ABC in the three demographic ratings. AFV and SHARK TANK are not powerhouses, but the do better with younger audiences. The series finale of WISDOM OF THE CROWD pulled in less than stellar numbers for its final episode. With viewers knowing the series would end because of sexual harassment issues with the series star.

NBC barely tried to attract an audience, with two-hours of DATELINE against football and the 2014 theatrical film, RIDE ALONG, from 9 to 11 PM.
