NFL Ratings: Week 17 (December 31, 2017)
The last week of the NFL regular season featured all 16 games playing on Sunday afternoon. Both FOX and CBS got two windows and had national games that bleed into primetime.
FOX did better with a 33% advantage in the late games (4:20 - 8 PM). In the Early games, FOX drew 2.4 million more viewers, on average, than CBS.
The NFL Playoffs begin this weekend, with four games between the four networks. ESPN (4:35 PM) has the first game on Saturday, with NBC getting the primetime game, starting at 8 :15 PM.
CBS and FOX cover the Sunday games, with CBS covering the 1 PM game and FOX getting the 4:40 PM game.
