Preliminary Ratings: Sunday 10/01/2017

NBC wins the Sunday night ratings, with a huge blow out game, ratings for SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL should hit a season low. Currently, just 14 million viewers stayed with the game. That is last week's number, the previous season low.

There were 10 premieres on the night, between CBS, FOX and ABC. The best showing was the new drama, WISDOM OF THE CROWD, which brought in 8.9 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in Adults 18-49. On the opposite end was the second season premiere of THE TOY BOX, which pulled in CW like ratings of 2.2 million viewers and a 0.4 rating in the A18-49 age group. In comparison, last weeks AFV encore drew 4.5 million viewers and a 0.7 demo rating.

So, behind NBC on the night, CBS edged FOX for the #2 spot, producing better A18-49 and A25-54 demo ratings. ABC was a distant 4th place, with only SHARK TANK producing competitive numbers.
