Final Broadcast Ratings: September 29, 2017

CBS sweeps the first Friday night of the new season, averaging 8.5 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in Adults 18-49. BLUE BLOODS, HAWAII FIVE-O and MACGYVER, were the top three shows of the night, respectively.

ABC was second, lead by the two hour series premiere of INHUMANS, which drew 3.8 million viewers and a 0.9 demographic rating. 20/20, at 10 PM, finished last in the hour, with less than three million viewers and a 0.6 demo rating.

FOX and NBC battled it out for third place. The season premiere of HELL'S KITCHEN posted a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49 and drew 3.0 million viewers. Drama, THE EXORCIST, dropped about 30% of that lead in audience, at 9 PM. NBC's DATELINE premiered 5.2 million viewers and a 0.9 demo rating, out of the LAW & ORDER: TRUE CRIME encore.
