Primetime Cable Ratings: June 20, 2017

OWN had two premieres on the night, the return of the hit drama, THE HAVES AND THE HAVE NOTS, which drew 2.7 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down, slightly, from the 2016 summer premiere. Afterwards, QUEEN SUGAR held onto 2.3 million viewers and also posted a 0.7 demo rating. Year-to-year, viewership dropped 400k, but the demo remained flat.

The season premiere of WRECKED, on TBS, drew 1.2 million viewers, and a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49, ranking 24th on the night. The second episode, at 10:30, dropped a third of its audience, drawing 860,000, and lost 20% in the demo.

The season finale of GENIUS: EINSTEIN, ranked 34th on the night, with 1.04 million viewers. The National Geographic Channel drama averaged over one million viewers n the season, but struggled to attract younger viewers to the program.
