Preliminary Ratings: Tuesday 04/25/2017

NBC rules the Tuesday night ratings, winning every hour of the night. The series premiere of GOOD NEWS benefited by having CBS and the ABC comedies in encores. The two episodes drew an average of 4.8 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. That is on par with the early numbers by TRIAL & ERROR, in the same time slot. THE VOICE is up in viewership, over last week, and flat in the A18-49 demographic, while CHICAGO FIRE is even from its last original episode, back on April 4th.

FOX rose to second place, with CBS and ABC mostly in repeats. PRISON BREAK drew a few more viewers, but is flat in the demo, from last week.

TH CW did top both CBS and ABC in the A18-34 demo and tied the two big networks in the A18-49 demo. THE FLASH was back with its first original episode in a month, and rose in three of the four categories, remaining flat in the A25-54 demo. iZOMBIE rose 30%, week-to-week, with its first lead out from a new THE FLASH episode, this season.
