Primetime Cable Ratings: September 13, 2016

FOX news tops the Tuesday night cable ratings, with THE O'REILLY FACTOR and THE KELLY FILE taking the #1 and #2 spots, respectively. Both shows draw over 3.2 million viewers, with O'REILLY hauling in 3.7 million.

The season premiere of IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG got off to a good start, placing third on the night, with 2.9 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. Compared to last season. Compared to last fall's premiere, the numbers were flat in viewers, but down 20% in the A18-49 demo. But, the numbers are up from the spring finale.

SMACKDOWN was the #4 show of the night with 2.7 million viewers, but had the night's top A18-49 number, with a 0.9 rating.
