Primetime Cable Ratings: August 23, 2016

FOX News Dominates the Tuesday cable ratings as the network takes three of the top five shows of the night. THE O'REILLY FACTOR was #1, drawing 3.2 million viewers and a 03 rating in Adults 18-49.

THE HAVES & HAVE NOTS was the #2 show of the night, collecting 2.9 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in the demo. That is even with last week's numbers, which had the Olympics to deal with.

WWE SMACKDOWN was third, hauling in 2.7 million viewers and the night's best A18-49 rating, a 1.0 score.
