Top 100 Primetime Cable: June 27 - July 3, 2016

TNT takes the top two spots in this week's cable chart, with RIZZOLI & ISLES taking 4.4 million viewers for the #1 spot. MAJOR CRIMES was second with just 400k viewers less than the veteran drama. But all is not great with TNT. THE LAST SHIP was 43rd n the week and the MURDER IN THE FIRST fell outside of the top 100, with just 1.4 million viewers.

WWE RAW was the top sports event, ranking with in the top 10, with all three hours. There really was not much competition as the Euro Championship and COPA America soccer games wind down. Outside of SMACKDOWN (#39), also on USA, the only top 100 sports event was the College World Series, at #83.

It was Shark Week for Discovery and there were plenty of shark program on the chart. However,  the best performance for the week was Monday's SHALLOW WATER INVASION, ranking 26th, with 2.2 million viewers. The week's top reality program was LOVE & HIP HOP (#12), on VH1, with 2.7 million.
