Late Night Ratings: January 4, 2016
The first new late night shows of the new year was tight battles in each time slot. the 11:30 broadcast slot had all three programs within a half a point rating in households. The difference o fthe three 11:30 shows was just two tenths of a point. However, the A18-49 demographic ratings were not as close. THE TONIGHT SHOW enjoyed a 33% advantage over KIMMEL at 11:30, while LATE NIGHT had a 150% advantage over THE LATE LATE SHOW.
On cable, CONAN was tops in the A18-49 demographic, by half a point, over THE DAILY SHOW, but the full hour win was by more than a full point, when THE NIGHTLY SHOW is added in for Comedy Central.
