With Thursday Night Football delaying the late night line up on CBS, it was a close race in the rating between ABC, CBS and NBC. Just a half a point separated the three 11:30 p.m. show from each other, in house holds, and two tenths of a point, in the A18-49 demo, was the difference between #1 and #3.
At 12:30 a.m., all three shows pulled the same 0.4 rating in the A18-49 demo, with NIGHTLINE getting a slightly better household rating than the two talk shows.
