Final Broadcast Ratings: September 7, 2015

We are less than two weeks from the start of the 2015-16 TV season, so that means the summer series are starting to wind down. Three series had the season finales, with BACHELOR IN PARADISE grabbing the best ratings of the three.

BACHELOR IN PARADISE drew 4.8 million viewers and a mid one rating in each of the three demographic categories. That is down 600,000 viewers from last year's finale, but the A18-49 ratings were flat. The AFTER PARADISE post-show series held onto about 80% of its lead in and won the hour in the three demo ratings.

RUNNING WILD WITH BEAR GRYLLS had its 2015 season finale and  the 2.8 million viewers are down 15%, week-to-week. Compared to last year, the series is off by 900,000 viewers, but the A18-49 ratings remained the same 1.0. Knowing NBC, I see no reason why we would not see a third season of Bear Grylls, next summer.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE was way off the pace, placing 4th in both hours of primetime.
