Final Broadcast Ratings: August 4, 2015

ABC's three hour event special, CMT MUSIC FEST: COUNTY'S NIGHT TO ROCK, was not enough to dethrone NBC from the top of the nightly ratings. The music special generated 5.2 million viewers and a 1.2 rating in Adults 18-49. That is a significant drop of two million viewers and 37% in the demo rating, from last year's event.

NBC did sweep the night as AMERICA'S GOT TALENT saw young viewership increase, as the older demographic stayed flat, week-to-week. HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT stayed flat from its previous episode.

ZOO, coming of a nice performance last week, dropped in the ratings, losing 1.2 million viewers and two tenths of a ratings point, in each of the three demo categories.

Repeats of THE LAST MAN ON EARTH took over the 9 p.m. slot on FOX, with KNOCK KNOCK LIVE cancelled after two weeks, pulled in slightly lower numbers than the Ryan Seacrest show. But considering the nature of each program, FOX made the correct decision of axing KKL.
