CW Weekly Ratings: July 27 - 31, 2015

PENN & TELLER: FOOL US is becoming THE summer series for The CW. The Monday night original episode drew over 2.2 million viewers and a relatively solid 0.6 rating in the A18-49 demo, its best numbers of the season, and series best in total viewers. A Friday night encore also did well, collecting 1.2 million viewers and the nights best numbers in all three demographic categories, for The CW. The network not only needs to order as many episodes as it can for a third season, but also find a second series for the duo to star in, for next summer.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, DATES continues to repel viewers, averaging just under 600,000 viewers for the two episodes. Thankfully, DATES ends on August 6th. Even if repeats don't do much better, at least there is a good reason for the low ratings.
