Ratings Review: THE LIZZIE BORDEN CHRONICLES (Season One)

TLIZZIE BORDEN CHRONICLES is a miniseries follow up to the movie LIZZIE BORDEN TOOK AN AX, also on Lifetime. the series is the life of Lizzie Borden after she is acquitted of the infamous murders of her father and stepmother.  Like most scripted series of famous historical events, there is plenty of fictionalized and speculative elements to the story.

The series averaged just 820,000 viewers and a 0.3 rating in Adults 18-49, for the Live+SD ratings. Time shifted viewing would, at best, only double up those numbers, for the Live+7 ratings.

The series never came close to the 4.4 million that tuned in to watch the 2014 TV movie.
