Primetime Cable Ratings: May 8, 2015

The NBA Playoffs dominated the Friday night cable ratings, with the two ESPN games averaging 5.3 million viewers and a 2.2 rating in Adults 18-49. That makes BOTH games the top two programs of the night, in the A18-49 demo, than anything on cable AND broadcast TV. This is the best showing by ESPN, during the NBA Playoffs.

After ESPN, the next best network of the night stayed in the family. Disney placed two shows in the top five and three in the top 10. DOG WITH A BLOG was the #3 show of the night, with 2.2 million viewers. Between the three Disney comedies, the network averaged over 1.9 million viewers.
