Ratings Review: SWITCHED AT BIRTH (Season Four - Winter 2015)
One of the more successful series in ABC Family history may be beginning to show its age, now in its fourth season. Going from a debut of 3.3 million viewers, for the pilot episode, to under one million viewers for two of the 10 episodes, this season, may be signs that the series has ran its course.
For the first ten episodes of the season viewership never reached 1.5 million viewers and only three times did the A18-49 ratings reach a 0.6 score. The last three episodes of the winter run were the three lowest rated episodes of the series.
For the season, SWITCHED AT BIRTH averaged 1.18 million viewers and a 0.5 rating in Adults 18-49. The series will return later this year, to finish out the fourth season.
