Primetime Cable Ratings: February 20, 2015
It looks like the tide is a changing, over on Discovery. GOLD RUSH has not only been the top Friday program, the last few months, it is a top five show on the weekly charts. Now, ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE will take over that spot. The 10 p.m. series collected 4.6 million viewers and a 15. rating in the A18-49 demo. That is a weekly jump of 700,000 viewers and 15% increase in the demo ratings.Meanwhile, GOLD RUSH lost about 300k, in viewership, and dropped a tenth of a point in the demo. Discovery is in a great position, as the network averages 3.6 million viewers and a 1.1 demo rating.
The NBA doubleheader, on ESPN, grabbed the 8th and 9th spots, averaging over 1.7 million viewers, over five hors.
