Primetime Cable Ratings: December 14, 2014

Week two of THE LIBRARIANS didn't do too bad, on Sunday night. The action series drew 3.4 million viewers and a 0.8 rating in Adults 18-49. That is a decent size drop of two million viewers and a half a point in the demo ratings. Not great retention, week-to-week, but if the DVR numbers are more stable, then TNT has a hit on its had. If not, they may have ruined the franchise for possible future movies.

Movies were the main point of interest, on the night, as six titles made the top 15. The combined viewership of the six movies is just under 13.2 million viewers. The Hallmark Original holiday movie grabbed the top spot, with 3.5 million viewers.

The #3 show of the night, THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA, was also the nights top draw among the A18-49 crowd. The reality series posted a 1.3 rating in the demographic, equaling last week's rating.
