Final Broadcast Ratings: December 23, 2014

It was pretty much an all repeat Tuesday night, on the broadcast networks, with ABC and NBC having an hour each of holiday specials. CBS was, by far, the most watched network with its all NCIS lineup, while ABC edged CBS in the A18-49 ratings.

ABC did decent numbers for its 2014 year in review program, THE YEAR: 2014. It won the 10 p.m. hour, in the A18-49 ratings, with a 1.1 score. NCIS: NEW ORLEANS was the most watched show of the hour.

NBC's One Direction special tanked in the ratings, placing a distant third in the 8 p.m. hour. Considering how popular the group is, I would have expected a much higher number in total viewers.
