- FOX renews two low rated series

Despite the horrible ratings it received this past summer, FOX has renewed the competition series SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE for a 12th season. The new season will begin in the summer of 2015.
Veteran comedy cancelled by network:
After six seasons, the long running comedy HOT IN CLEVELAND will end, after being cancelled by TV Land. The comedy is now in its sixth season and will end its season run. The sitcom will have over 12 episodes in the can for syndication.
HBO Officially picks up WESTWORLD:
The long rumored reboot of the 1970's movie and TV series, WESTWORLD, will get the the reimaging treatment from HBO. Not timetable on when the series will premiere.
The CW renews three series:
The W was feeling generous today, giving extended life to three series. AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL, PENN & TELLER: FOOL US and MASTERS OF ILLUSION will all get another season run, in 2015. PENN & TELLER and MASTERS OF ILLUSIONS will get the 13 episode treatment for next summer.
FOX orders more to low rated sitcom:
The second lowest rated comedy on FOX, THE MINDY PROJECT, received an order for six more episodes this season. That brings the season total to 21 episodes for the third year comedy.
