Final Broadcast Ratings: November 24, 2014
Now that the numbers have been filtered through to the Final Live+SD ratings, for Monday night, we get a clear picture of who did what on the night.
ABC was the winner of the night, even with the news interruptions. DANCING WITH THE STARS rose 500,000 total viewers and up a tenth of a ratings point, in the A18-49 demographic, over last week's season best numbers. Has the series found a freshness in this season, that can be sustained into future seasons?
CBS took a good hit against the ratings, with quite a few NY affiliates carrying the postponed Bills vs Jets football game. From the preliminaries to the the final numbers, CBS dropped one million viewers and four tenths of a ratings point, in the demo. SCORPION came out the least affected, down just one tenth of a point in the demo ratings, from last week's number.
NBC's numbers had a dip also, as the Baltimore and New Orleans affiliates carried the MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL GAME for the local markets. THE VOICE posted a season low for its monday night broadcasts and was not too far off from having DWTS over take it in the demo.
GOTHAM's fall finale rose over last weeks A18-49 ratings, by a tenth of a point, as FOX had little affected by news interruptions.
