12 MONKEYS TV series premiere set:
SyFy has set the series premiere of the long awaited series 12 MONKEYS for Friday, January 16, 2015.
TLC says yes to bridal series:
Two bride base reality series, BRIDE BY DESIGN and CURVY BRIDES, have been picked up by TLC and are scheduled to premiere in the spring of 2015. The two series will produce 10 and 12 episodes, respectively.
CBS renews two summer series, cancels one:
We all expected UNDER THE DOME to get a third season order, and it did, but we didn't think EXTANT had a chance for a second season. Well, it did. CBS renewed both summer shows for 2015. However, the low rated RECKLESS did get the axe and will not return.
FOX going to the dogs:
As if the FOX season can't get any worse, the network will air THE GREAT AMERICAN DOG-A-THON on Thanksgiving night. The special will celebrate the lives of rescue dogs and the joy they bring to people's lives. Actress Hilary Swank will serve as host of the two hour, celebrity filed program.
JAY is coming back:
Jay Leno is close to a deal to return to TV, but this time, he will be on CNBC. The series would run in primetime and focus on Jay's passion of cars.
An AWKWARD final season:
MTV has renewed the comedy AWKWARD for a fifth and final season.
From DUCKS to BUCK$:
A&E is picking up a new reality series that follows a family that runs a wildlife sporting empire. COUNTRY BUCK$. The series is set to premiere on November 19th.
Amazon renews TRANSPARENT:
With the hype buzz and reported Prime viewing record, Amazon has given the new series TRANSPARENT a second season order for 2015.
