Ratings Review: FOOD FIGHTERS (Season One)
If we all had a dime for every cooking competition series that hit TV, we would all be sitting comfortablly, right now. So, there was no reason to think much about FOOD FIGHTERS, but for NBC, it did relatively well.
Off the bat, it was beating both EXTREME WEIGHT LOSS, the FOX comedy repeats and most NCIS reruns. Adam Richman is a great host, formally of MAN VS FOOD, and most viewers enjoy his hosting abilities.
For the season, FOOD FIGHTERS averaged 4.49 million viewers and a 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. No word from NBC on a return of the series, but I could see it coming back for the summer of 2015.
