Reruns NCIS tops the Sunday night cable chart, as the most watched program and placing three episodes in the top 10. USA averaged near 2.1 million viewers, from 8 to 11 p.m.THE STRAIN was the nights top original cable program, placing second on the night, with 2.3 million viewers and a solid 1.1 rating in Adults 18-49. FX was the top network on the night, averaging just under 2.3 million viewers for the full four hours of primetime.
