Final Broadcast Ratings: June 30, 2014

CBS and FOX battled it out for the top spot of Monday's ratings. CBS has the clear lead in total viewers, but FOX has the edge with the A18-49 ratings. But, CBS does have the #1 show of the night, with the season premiere of UNDER THE DOME.

DOME hauled in 9.4 million viewers and a 2.1 rating in Adults 18-49. Comparing the season two opener with last year's series premiere, DOME is off by four million viewers and 36% in the A18-49 ratings. It is also off from the first season's average of a 2.7 demo rating and 11.2 million viewers. Not a great return for the series, but still a strong number for the summer.

Doing better, despite the new 10 p.m. entry, was MISTRESSES. The second year drama rose a half million viewers and 10%, over last weeks ratings.

MASTERCHEF posted it's season best in the demo ratings, posting a 1.9 score. It helped push FOX ahead of CBS, despite special airings of THE BIG BANG THEORY and the DOME premiere.

CBS - 6.9 million viewers, 1.6 rating in A18-49

CW - 1.3 million viewers, 0.4 rating in A18-49

FOX - 5.6 million viewers, 1.7 rating in A18-49

NBC - 4.0 million viewers, 1.2 rating in A18-49
