Primetime Cable Ratings: June 2, 2014
With the NBA Playoffs on a small break before the championship series, quite a few regular series had a chance to shine, including the third season premiere of A&E's drama LONGMIRE. The season opener collected 3.9 million viewers and a 0.7 rating in Adults 18-49. That is down from last season's premiere episode, which drew 4.3 million viewers and an 0.9 demo rating. If you have not yet sampled this great show, you can get season's one and two on Netflix.WWE RAW was the top program of the night, grabbing the top three spots, for each hour of the event. The ratings are down from earlier in the spring, but with the better weather, a summer drop is fully expected.
LOVE& HIP HOP ATLANTA was the night's top reality program, placing 5th on the night, and edging out SWAMP PEOPLE. But the VH1 series was cable's top show in the A18-49 ratings, with a 1.8 mark.
